Mid-day frump? Early morning rush? We've squeezed all our best in this 45 min Xpress class giving you the option to fit a workout into your busy schedule.
Our Studio TRX class is a full body, 50 minute class. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and will light up your core the entire class. At Sculpt Barre, stretching is just as important to us as our workout, so we will end the class with a a full body cool down stretch to soft music, to calm the body and mind.
Studio Stretch, designed and developed by Studio Owner Tess White and Barretender Emily Parkes specifically with Sculpt Barre Clients in mind. This one hour class targets muscles and tightness by stretching both at the barre and on the mat, in a warmer room. Incorporating foam rolling into this class with intent to help with recovery, flexibility, and your overall movement. Finishing off class with a few Yin poses to help loosen up the hips! This class welcomes all fitness levels! Grip socks required. We got the rest covered!
